Melanie provides a broad range of expertise across air quality pollutant and greenhouse gas emissions, projections and mitigation actions at the project level, cities, regional and national scales.
Katie provides technical leadership for Aether’s work on the UK greenhouse gas and air pollution emissions inventories and for local authorities on climate change mitigation and resilience.
Jonny develops climate change mitigation and adaption strategies across a broad spectrum of sectors. He has skills in whole systems thinking, science communication and change management.
Mark is an expert in industrial emissions reporting, providing technical consultancy to national and international agencies. He also specialises in rail emission modelling, providing analysis for RSSB as well as rail operators.
Rob supports the whole organisation to ensure Aether is delivering the best possible service to clients around the world. Looking externally to keep Aether at the forefront of industry developments, and internally to ensure the organisation has a strong platform for growth.
Rebecca has diverse People Management experience from a number of sectors supporting committed teams during times of growth.
Natalia is the Head of Operations at Aether, bringing hands-on operational experience to support Aether’s growth and efficiency. With a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, she applies her practical knowledge and organisational skills to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
Evelyn is the Finance & Operations Officer at Aether. She supports the company accounting processes and provides administration of project information.

Harper is the business area manager for Aether’s work with UK local authorities. He has an extensive track record of producing climate change strategies for cities, regions and public sector organisations. He specialises in designing carbon scenario models to inform policymaking.
Mike leads Aether’s land development division, bringing over a decade of experience in sustainability advisory services across all aspects of the built environment. Mike has a deep expertise in national building regulations and the planning system.
Marcus specialises in sustainable transport and decarbonisation of the transport system, and is experienced in the analysis of fuel, energy consumption and environmental impacts of different modes and vehicles.
Richard’s main expertise lies in developing efficient systems to manipulate and quality assure data, and in producing innovative analysis and visualisations to communicate results.
Kathryn has experience in creating and improving systems for MRV and transparency of climate and air pollution action. She also has experience in analysis of the wider impacts of climate action, and calculation of emissions inventories, and specialises in data visualisation.
Beatriz is a specialist in agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) and air quality and GHG emissions, and is a qualified UNFCCC expert reviewer for the Agriculture sector.
Bob has many years of experience in the processing and verification of industrial emission point source emissions data for national and international reporting. He is a National Expert for the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers (PRTR).
Ana is an environmental professional with extensive experience carrying out air quality Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for large mix-use development schemes, major infrastructure projects, industrial and energy planning and permitting within the UK and overseas.
Jennifer works directly with customers to build emission reduction projects, organisational capacity building and emission reduction reporting and monitoring.
Holly manages international projects that support countries with climate reporting under the Paris Agreement and is experienced in detailed emissions modelling.
Roxy supports capacity building projects to help countries meet the reporting requirements of the Paris Agreement. She also provides climate advisory to businesses on transparency in GHG reporting.
Annie helps countries build capacity in GHG inventory compilation and MRV systems, as well as supporting organisations to quantify and report their carbon impact.
James specialises in data modelling, analysis and visualisation, and has experience in the development of GHG inventory compilation methods, MRV systems and economic analysis.
Susie has expertise in analysing data and evidence to inform climate change policy and action planning. She has a particular interest in climate change risk assessment and adaptation, and joining up climate action with wider policy objectives.
Annie has experience across a range of areas including national emission inventory compilation, local authority carbon baseline assessment and air quality assessments.
Lewis supports the development of efficient systems to analyse data and communicate findings through visualisations. He is proficient with coding languages such as R and GIS software such as QGIS.
Jill has developed experience in greenhouse gas and air quality inventory compilation, data visualisation and is part of the Land Use, Land Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) team.
Kieran works in the rail sector, helping quantify emissions and evaluate mitigation measures. He has experience programming and undertaking statistical analysis.
Farzad is an emerging professional in the environmental consultancy field, currently supporting across a range of projects. His work includes contributions to the NAEI digital upgrade, quality assurance activities for the UK registry's competent authorities, and data visualisation activities.
Alex is gaining experience in the development of measurement, reporting and verification (MRV) systems, and supports on the compilation of air quality and greenhouse gas emission inventories.
Isabella specialises in sustainability. She is an impact-driven consultant with experience in climate risk, mitigation and adaptation action planning. She has skills in GHG and AQ inventory compilation, air quality assessments, LULUCF, policies and projections, and report writing.
Jack has expertise in emissions inventories, data analysis, and programming, with experience in designing innovative tools to improve operational efficiencies.
Lucas has been working on inventory development, data analysis, and reporting for local and regional projects. He has gained valuable experience working on local carbon inventories, and has contributed to the design and implementation of robust systems for tracking and reporting emissions.
