Annie provides project management and technical support in a range of areas including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories and Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) capacity building. She supports Aether’s work in the international development market, working with countries to develop their national expertise and institutional arrangements for reporting under the Paris Agreement’s Enhanced Transparency Framework.
Her work on corporate sustainability projects helps organisations quantify and report their greenhouse gas emissions impact through the development and implementation of inventory frameworks. This includes providing guidance on planning for decarbonisation, data improvement, and engagement policies and procedures for successfully integrating GHG accounting into operations.
Annie is particularly interested in the social dimensions of climate challenges, providing expertise on gender-responsive approaches to climate transparency and action.
Projects include:
Supporting the development of a regional capacity-building hub in central Africa that provides country experts with a platform for knowledge dissemination and collaboration on climate transparency issues.
Developing greenhouse gas emissions inventory frameworks and sustainable production materials for clients in the film & television industry.
Annie graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Political Science before attending the University of St Andrews where she received a Master’s Degree in International Relations.
