Annie has experience across a range of areas including national emission inventory compilation, local authority carbon baseline assessment and air quality assessments. She has supported the review of projections submissions under the National Emissions Ceiling Directive, contributed to the compilation of Estonia’s GHG inventory and developed guidance and tools for Welsh Public Sector Net Zero Reporting.
Through her role as Secretariat of the UN/ECE’s Task Force on Emission Inventories and Projections Annie supports a variety of activities such as the development of the EMEP/EEA Emissions Inventory Guidebook for air quality emissions reporting.
Prior to joining Aether, Annie graduated from the University of Bristol with an MSci in Chemistry. During her final year she studied the impact of the COVID-19 lockdowns on particulate matter concentrations in urban environments and researched the impact of aerosol surface tension on radiative forcing estimates.
