Lucas has been working on inventory development, data analysis, and reporting for local and regional projects. He has gained valuable experience working on local carbon inventories, with a focus on the Orkney and Tamworth regions. Lucas has contributed to the design and implementation of robust systems for tracking and reporting emissions. Lucas also supports the UK NAEI digital upgrade project, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of data management. Additionally, he has contributed to the NECD European report review, ensuring compliance with European emissions reporting standards. His work supports both local and international climate action initiatives.

Before starting at Aether, Lucas studied for a BSC in Geography at Loughborough University as well as a diploma in international studies from the National University of Singapore. His undergraduate dissertation focused on the 2022 Commonwealth games and their influence on the local air quality.

Outside of work Lucas can be found on the nearest athletics track preparing for competitions both around the country and internationally. He also enjoys playing golf and supporting Newcastle United.
