Aether aims to be an inclusive organisation, committed to providing equal opportunities throughout employment including in the recruitment, training and development of employees, and to pro-actively tackling and eliminating discrimination.

At Aether, we understand a diverse workforce fosters a resilient working environment  and we are always exploring how we can make Aether a more inclusive place to work. We have an annual EDI budget set aside to spend on receiving external training, reviewing and improving internal processes, and taking part in initiatives that align with our values. As part of our ongoing initiatives, Aether is proud to be a disability confident committed organisation (Level 1) and we are currently working towards gaining our Level 2 certification.
