Office and project co-ordinator vacancy

Aether requires an additional team member to undertake a variety of tasks supporting staff with project administration, sales activities and resource management. This is a part time role (16 - 20 hours a week).
The successful candidate will maintain in-house project and sales systems (e.g. reviewing project budgets and timesheets) and will support the preparation of sales material (e.g. updating CVs, formatting text from technical staff). Administrative tasks will include organising and contributing to team meetings, making staff travel arrangements, processing expenses, basic book keeping (e.g. generating invoices), answering telephones, collecting post, liaising with main reception and purchasing stationery.

Skills Required
A minimum of five years experience in an office co-ordinator/administrative role;
Good level of numeracy as well as written and verbal English;
High level of competence with Microsoft Office products (Excel in particular);
Ability to work effectively as part of a team who work in the office and remotely;
Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the initiative to work with a minimum of supervision;
Desirable skills include: experience of working within a quality management system (such as ISO9001), familiarity with basic financial documents (e.g. order forms, timesheets). A knowledge of Quickbooks and an interest in environmental issues would be advantageous.
